What the site collects

What you share—and why.

Newsletter signup stores the first name you provide, your email address, your consent choice, and the date the preference was updated. Review submission stores your display name, optional private email, rating, service type, optional trip month, review text, consent, moderation status, and submission date.

Transportation requests store the contact, route, timing, group, luggage, accessibility, package, airport express-lane interest, optional wellness-interest, and trip-planning details you submit. A private update-code hash is stored so confirmed flight or vessel details can be added later. Contact messages store the contact information and message you send. The site also stores limited conversion counts—such as booking-link, call-link, guide-to-booking, package-interest, and optional wellness-link clicks—without an advertising identifier or visitor profile. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected for these optional click counts.

How the details are used

Newsletter details are used for occasional VI 2 THE BONE updates, island tips, package news, discounts, or deals when available. Review details are used to check submissions for relevance and spam before approved reviews appear publicly. Review email addresses are not included in the public review feed. Transportation and contact details are used to review the request, communicate with you, prepare a quote, confirm service, and maintain the related service record.

Request status and sensitive details

A submitted transportation form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Do not place payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message or notes field. Accessibility information should be limited to what the team needs to discuss transportation support.

Retention and requests

Some records may be kept while a subscription or request is active, for moderation or service history, to operate the site, or to meet applicable recordkeeping needs. There is not currently a fixed automatic-deletion schedule. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@vi2thebone.com.

Links to transportation partners, jewelers, charter providers, wellness booking, travel venues, and public reputation sources lead to independent websites. Their privacy practices and terms apply once you leave this site.
